MYADDTIME Warranty Policy

MYADDTIME provides a limited warranty for eligible embroidery machines purchased directly from our official website or authorized sales channels. The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the customer.


What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a verified quality issue occurs, MYADDTIME may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair guidance, or other reasonable solutions.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Accident, neglect, or incorrect voltage
  • Improper maintenance or normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts
  • Damage caused by shipping after the customer has received the product

Warranty Claim Requirements

To request warranty support, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Machine serial number (if available)
  • Proof of purchase

Important Notice

Please do not disassemble, modify, or repair the machine without contacting MYADDTIME support first. Unauthorized repair or modification may affect warranty eligibility.
