Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives. If you notice visible damage to the package, missing parts, or any abnormal condition, please take photos or videos immediately and contact MYADDTIME support at support@myaddtime.com.
Required Information:
- Order number
- Photos of outer packaging and shipping label
- Photos or videos of damaged parts
- Unboxing video (if available)
Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
