MYADDTIME Shipping Policy

MYADDTIME ships embroidery machines and accessories to eligible locations. Shipping methods, delivery time, and shipping cost may vary depending on product type, destination, warehouse availability, and carrier service.


Embroidery Machine Shipping

Embroidery machines are large and heavy equipment. They may be shipped by freight carrier, truck delivery, or other suitable logistics services depending on the destination.

Accessories & Small Items

Accessories, replacement parts, and small items may be shipped separately by parcel carriers.

Warehouse Shipping

If inventory is available in a local warehouse, orders may be shipped from the nearest available warehouse. If local inventory is not available, shipping time may be longer.

Delivery Appointment

For large machine shipments, the carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. Please ensure your phone number and shipping address are accurate when placing your order.


Important Delivery Inspection Notice

Please inspect the package before signing for delivery. If the package is visibly damaged:

  • Take photos or videos immediately
  • Contact MYADDTIME support as soon as possible at support@myaddtime.com
  • Note the damage with the carrier before signing, or refuse the delivery if the damage appears serious
