MYADDTIME Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing a MYADDTIME embroidery machine. Due to the size, weight, shipping cost, and setup requirements of embroidery machines, return and refund requests are reviewed based on order status, delivery status, and product condition.


1. Order Paid but Not Shipped

If your order has been paid but has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request order cancellation and refund.

2. Order Shipped but Not Delivered

If your order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, cancellation may not be guaranteed. If the shipment can be stopped or returned, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, carrier fees, and related handling fees.

3. Delivered — Non-Quality Issues

Due to the nature of large embroidery machines, returns for non-quality reasons after delivery and signature may be limited or not accepted. Examples of non-quality reasons include changing your mind, ordering the wrong model, no longer needing the product, lack of space, or inability to operate the machine without first contacting our support team.

4. Quality Issue — Return or Exchange

If the machine has a verified quality issue that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repair guidance, MYADDTIME may provide a return, exchange, replacement part, or other reasonable solution according to the warranty policy.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Estimated Refund Time: After approval, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Possible Deductions: Depending on the return reason and order status, shipping fees, return freight costs, payment processing fees, inspection fees, repackaging fees, and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
