Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be guaranteed.

  • Before Shipment: contact us at support@myaddtime.com to cancel for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Cancellation may require waiting for delivery and follow return approval; shipping fees may be deducted.
  • Custom Orders: Customized or special orders may not be cancelled once processing has started.
